Development process
1. Brief and feasibility
Send reference images or a tech pack, target market, estimated quantity, target price and delivery destination. We review the construction and propose a practical next step.
2. Materials and quotation
We align material, component and branding options with your product position. A written quotation confirms the commercial assumptions.
3. Sampling and approval
Sampling begins after the specifications and applicable sample charges are confirmed. Revisions are recorded before the production sample is approved.
4. Production and quality control
Production follows the approved sample and confirmed specification. Checks cover materials, construction, appearance, function, quantity and packaging.
5. Final confirmation and shipment
Shipment arrangements are confirmed after final inspection and balance-payment requirements in the quotation or proforma invoice are met.
