Buyer assurance

Evidence before promises.

Professional sourcing decisions need more than a product photo. We make the production path visible and define what each approval point is meant to control.

01

Business verification

Registered company information and supporting documents are available for legitimate buyer due diligence.

02

Approved reference

The confirmed sample and written specification provide the working reference for production follow-up.

03

Visible process

Key production stages can be reviewed through workshop media and project-specific progress communication.

04

Defined final review

Appearance, function, quantity, branding and packing requirements are checked against the agreed order scope.

Production evidence

Six stages that turn a brief into a controlled order.

Each stage answers a practical buyer question: what is being approved, what can vary and what should be checked before the next commitment.

01

Pre-production

Pattern development & sample planning

Paper patterns translate the design direction into repeatable components. Dimensions, seam allowances, construction order and hardware positions should be clarified before sampling.

  • Buyer concern addressed: unclear dimensions or construction
  • Working reference: tech pack, drawing or agreed sample brief

02

Material preparation

Leather selection & manual cutting

Leather is reviewed for usable area, visible characteristics and project suitability before pattern pieces are positioned and cut. Manual placement helps account for natural variation.

  • Buyer concern addressed: inconsistent appearance or poor cutting yield
  • Working reference: approved leather direction and pattern set
03

Construction control

Skiving & thickness preparation

Selected edges are reduced to support cleaner folds, seams and layered construction. The target depends on the leather, reinforcement and bag structure.

  • Buyer concern addressed: bulky seams or uneven folded edges
  • Working reference: approved construction and material thickness
04

Assembly

Precision stitching & in-process review

Operators assemble prepared components while checking alignment, seam position, stitch consistency and reinforcement points against the approved construction.

  • Buyer concern addressed: uneven stitching or misaligned panels
  • Working reference: approved sample and measurement points
05

Hand finishing

Edge polishing & edge paint

Exposed leather edges are prepared and finished in controlled layers according to the approved look. Drying and surface review are part of the finishing sequence.

  • Buyer concern addressed: rough, uneven or poorly covered edges
  • Working reference: approved color, sheen and edge profile
06

Release for shipment

Final review, protection & packing

Finished bags are reviewed for the agreed appearance and function, then protected and packed according to the confirmed order requirements.

  • Buyer concern addressed: preventable transit marks or packing mismatch
  • Working reference: order quantity, packing specification and shipping marks

Quality-control framework

A clear reference at every checkpoint.

The final inspection scope is project-specific. The structure below shows how buyer requirements can be converted into verifiable checkpoints.
