What is your MOQ?
Typical MOQ is 10–50 pieces per style. The final minimum depends on leather, hardware, colors, logo process and material-supplier requirements.
What is your monthly capacity?
Current stated capacity is up to 2,000 pieces per month. Available capacity is confirmed against product complexity and the production schedule.
How long is the lead time?
Typical lead time is 2–15 days, depending on material availability, customization, quantity and sample approval. The confirmed schedule appears in the quotation or proforma invoice.
Can you make our own design?
Yes. Send a tech pack, drawing, physical sample or clear reference images. We will review feasibility, construction and applicable development charges.
Can you add our logo and packaging?
Available options may include embossing, foil, metal logos, labels, custom lining, dust bags and retail packaging. Minimums vary by process.
How do quotations and orders work?
Submit an RFQ, receive a written quotation, confirm samples and specifications, then receive a Shopify draft-order invoice or proforma invoice. Bank-transfer instructions are provided only on an official invoice.
Do you send samples?
Sample availability, sample charges and courier costs are confirmed for each project. Approved sample terms do not automatically equal bulk-production terms.
How is quality handled?
Quality is reviewed against the approved sample and written specifications. Buyers may request additional reporting or arrange third-party inspection.
Which countries do you ship to?
International shipping options depend on destination, shipment size, trade terms and buyer requirements. Freight and import charges are confirmed separately unless stated otherwise.
